ABOUT ME
Hello, my name is Lisa welcome to my website!
I decided to start my pet sitting business in July of 2023.
I'm excited and proud to say I'm licensed, bonded and insured!
I love spending time with everyone's pets and
I treat them as if they are my own.
I had the privilege to work in the veterinary field for over 20 years.
It was rewarding to me because
I loved getting to know the owners and their pets!
We have a dog Oakley, a rabbit Yuki and 7 cats: Pinnie, Casee, L.J., Dreamy, Kai, Loki and Teemo!
I love subbing in the school system when I'm not pet sitting. I also love baking and walking everyday if I can!
In Honor of...
My business is named after my family's first 2 dogs.
Maddie and Marlin were loving, sweet but protective of their family!
They were there for all of our ups and downs in life and always provided that wonderful unconditional love.
It's a true blessing that my son and daughter were able to grow up around them.
We will always miss them but never forget them!

I 'm originally from Clarke County, Va.
Once I married, my husband Reggie we moved to Warren County where he is from. We celebrated 33 years this year in May!
My husband has been so supportive from the beginning!
He encouraged me to start my business. He helps by driving me especially at night. And he helps out with our pets when I have to be away !
We have 2 children Matthew and Mattison
Matthew helps with the accounting
and administrative aspect.
Mattison helps with the graphic design for the website and helps take care of our pets when I'm away!
I couldn't do it without them...

My Services
I provide up to 2 visits a day
My overnights are available but now limited to
3-5 nights at a time.
It helps me to have prior notice for pet sitting jobs including visits, overnights and meet and greets.
At least a month or so in advance
I do realize this isn't always possible because unexpected things come up.
Thus, you can always check with me I just can't guarantee I have the availability
I do require a meet and greet before I start pet sitting and sometimes that entails more than one depending on the pet.
The first meet and greet is free.
I communicate as much as possible with updates and pictures
I love posting pictures for my face book page!
***Frequent inquires:
:I'm not able to keep pets at my house because
I don't have the appropriate set-up yet
:I'm also not able to take your pet with me everywhere I may go because of safety reasons
:24/7 care meaning never leaving the house I may be pet sitting in. I try not to leave but sometimes I have to leave briefly to check on my pets or family members
If a pet needs emergency care I will do my best
to transport
but I would need signed permission and a form of payment to take with me for the visit
I can give medications if needed and take care of special need pets. I will do my best to accommodate them.
As I have my own special need pets!
I do not mind getting mail, watering flowers, gardens, taking care of trash and doing light cleaning.
Dogs should either be leashed trained, have a fenced in yard or invisible fencing. This is for safety reasons.
I love taking care of a variety of pets!
Dogs, cats, cows, pigs, chickens, ducks, rabbits, guinea pigs, hamsters and goats.
